To rap or not to rap... now THAT is the question

I do think that this assignment improved  my knowledge of photosynthesis. It helped me understand the flow of the system and how the steps go. At the beginning i was dreading creating a rap or song for photosynthesis because I was afraid I would get the steps mixed up or say something wrong or even worse..... that I would sound stupid. That was absolutely KILLING me when I was working on it.

But anyway I think the advantages of this project were that we could use our more creative side to accomplish something out of the ordinary.

I don't think that doing a lab would help me very much considering if I receive to much knowledge about one specific thing, I tend to confuse the parts of it and if something is done a certain way in the lab, I'll think thats how its always done. And that equals failed tests and bad grades. I don't want that.

But I like this project because it was a cool thing to do with a boring subject like PHOTOSYNTHESIS.

Science Fair..... stuff >_>

Well, as for science fair.... I'm kinda dreading it. I was actually naive enough to think that I was done with Science fair when i graduated from middle school... but noooooo...... i still have to do one. As for SYNOPSYS i hope i don't make it because its very stressful and i'd rather not have that.

My project is called Chemical Corrosion and its about the effects of acid rain on concrete and stuff.... I did this project last year so its a continuation.

I don't really know if science fair teaches science I think it teaches exactly what you want it to teach.... because after all, you decide to the project, and you decide how you do it.... its all about your choices....

Stem Cell Blog

Sade: Well, as a response to the Stem Cell topic... I believe that stem cells are a good thing in a sense because they can save many lives. Stem cells have the potential to become any other cell in the body, therefore they can reproduce to fix or crate a damaged or missing organ or tissue. Although, I am against the killing of babies to obtain the embryonic cells, I do believe that the pros outweigh the cons when it comes to research.

Now it's Tre's turn!

In my opinion, I think that Stem cells are bad because killing babies to save an older person's life is wrong. The elder has been on this earth enough and maybe it's God's way of saying its time for the elder person to die. Also, that baby could have been the next leader of the United States of America and maybe lead this country to economic success and we could never have a another problem in this country for generations to come and keep the world from a nuclear war. As I end this, I would like to say GO BARACK OBAMA!!!!!!! and I'm against stem cell transplants. OBAMA '08
